About Phewa Lakeside Yoga School
Deepak opened the school in a rented shala off the Lakeside strip in 2012, teaching whoever wandered in after a morning by Phewa Lake. It grew slowly, by word of mouth, into a proper Yoga Alliance school with its own rooftop practice space and a small kitchen serving dal bhat to guests. He still leads the 6am class most days.
