This policy explains what personal information NepalRetreat collects when you use the site, why we use it, and who we share it with.

Information we collect
- Your account email address, so you can sign in and follow your bookings.
- Booking details you enter: the retreat, dates, room and number of guests.
- Messages you send us by email or WhatsApp.
- Payment information is handled by our payment provider, Stripe. NepalRetreat does not store your full card details.
- Basic, privacy-respecting analytics about how the site is used.
How we use it
We use your information to operate your bookings, to send you the transactional email and WhatsApp updates a booking needs (request received, confirmation, receipt, refund), and to run and improve the service.
Who we share it with
When you book, we share your name, dates and contact with the operator: the details they need to host you. We also use trusted service providers to run the platform: Stripe for payments, Resend for email, WhatsApp/Twilio for messaging, and Google Firebase for hosting, sign-in and storage. We do not sell your personal information.
Cookies
We use a few cookies for analytics. No ad tracking.
How long we keep it
We keep booking and account records for as long as needed to provide the service and to meet legal and accounting obligations. Specific retention periods are being finalised with legal review and will appear here.
