Overview
This is a gentle week built around a daily morning practice by Phewa Lake in Pokhara. You begin each day with breathwork and a hatha or slow vinyasa class on the rooftop shala, then the rest of the day is yours.
Classes stay small so the teacher can adjust for every body in the room, which makes the week comfortable whether you are new to yoga or have practised for years. Afternoons often include an optional restorative or yoga nidra session before dinner.
Accommodation is a friendly Lakeside guesthouse, and meals are simple vegetarian Nepali food, including dal bhat. Pokhara's cafes, the lakeside path, and the World Peace Pagoda are all within easy reach on foot or by a short boat ride.
