Overview
This retreat is built for travellers who want a steady daily practice while staying in the centre of Kathmandu. The studio is a short walk from Thamel's guesthouses, so it fits neatly before or after a trek.
Mornings are a flowing vinyasa class taught by the local teachers of the collective, with an evening session that alternates between slow flow and restorative practice. The style links breath to movement and suits anyone with a little practice, though beginners are welcome to modify.
You stay in a comfortable Thamel guesthouse within walking distance of the studio, with vegetarian meals provided. Between sessions you are minutes from Kathmandu Durbar Square, the markets, and the cafes of the old city.
